Service Description

Record Search with Risk Assessment or RSRA, is a tabletop review of available information of a property. It is similar to a Phase 1 without the interviewing of previous owners and site visits. RSRAs was developed by the SBA as less expensive form of environmental due diligence. RSRAs have a 5 day turn around date.
